Bidra med feedbackI was shocked by this employee's behavior. He claimed there was a sign stating that they were closing at 8:30, to which I asked why they would stay open until 9 then. If that’s true, Little Caesars should update the app accordingly. He was incredibly rude, and I admit I lost my patience as well—I was taken aback by his sudden lock on the door. Even the DoorDash representative on the line could hear our conversation and understood my frustration. There was a female employee who was polite, but this male employee's behavior was unacceptable. I will not be ordering from or picking up orders at that location again. I am grateful that my customers were understanding, especially since they had already planned for their pizza. It was truly disappointing to experience such behavior from an employee.
Friendly staff that makes my order right. What the pizza it?s average franchise pizza and for 5.99 it?s pretty spooky good.
It is not a expensive pizza place, find it clean and I like how they make their crust, delicious!!!
The hot and ready pizzas should be monitored more closely before they are served. We ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately, the cheese pizza was quite dry, and we ended up throwing it away.
I went to the Brewerton Little Caesars and ordered 1 deep dish pepperoni and a large cheese. The cheese pizza was fine but even after a 20 minute wait they gave me a deep dish with almost completely raw dough. The only part that actually baked was the very edges. This is disgusting. Both of the deep dishes are over half uncooked! Why was I waiting 20 minutes at this place when they 're supposed to be hot and ready and this isn 't even cooked. Also they refuse to answer their phone and the one time they did they hung up on me almost instantly. Absolutely the worst experience I 've ever had.
