I knew this place was gonna be good when I could smell the stuff baking as I was walking in. Everything I had was so good. Chocolate croissant and Brewster rolls were awesome. The white chocolate cranberry danish too. So buttery and flakey. I can't wait until I get back out that way to try some other stuff including perhaps the coffee

You really cannot go wrong with their quiche. Their baked goods are excellent and they also have a wide variety of mini cakes and tarts for celebrations and birthdays. Generally speaking call ahead if you have a big order.

Make sure that you take a mortgage out on your home before you come here because you're going to want to buy everything they have.... To say the pastries here were amazing is a complete understatement Get. The. Brewster. Buns. If you don't get the Brewster buns you might as well not come here

We are incredibly lucky to have a bakery like this in Brewster. The owner continually hones her skills by traveling to France during the off-season, which is just amazing! Moreover, they offer a wide variety of gluten-free options, clearly marked with pink signs. My family has purchased many birthday cakes and delightful treats here on various occasions.
