NEVER AGAIN! Ignored for over 5 minutes while walking behind us we're welcomed in and served.

Always outstanding! The service is exceptional, and the food has never let me down. They serve the best boudin balls, crab cakes, seafood gumbo, and fried shrimp!

Disappointed! We are long time customers. My Wife and two sons go there often. We arrived there this evening at our usual time, around 6:50 PM. We ordered the same things we normally do. The place was no where near as packed as normal, so we were thinking maybe the service would be exceptional. We were wrong! It took over 40 minutes to get our order. When it did come there was not as much food as normal and the quality was not as it has been our experience with past visits. The manager whom we have never seen there before did come over and apologize for the very long wait. She offered free deserts for the four of us. She explained that because of football season and a plant order they were held up in the kitchen because those orders were first.

My girlfriend and I met some friends here this weekend, and we had an amazing time! The service was quick and friendly, and everything we tried was delightful. I ordered the gumbo, which was flavorful, while the others opted for shrimp baskets and found them enjoyable.

Got there about 5 and ordered 2 shrimp baskets. They were out within 2 minutes. The taste confirmed the obvious. This was food left over from the lunch crowd that sat under a warming light. Ill never eat there again.
