Usa Fried Chicken - Bridgend

Horrible service! They initially mixed up our delivery order on Just Eat with a collection order. When they called to say our order was ready, they were extremely rude and insisted we confirm our order over WhatsApp (which we did). They kept hanging up on us when we tried to explain the mix-up, eventually telling us to "f off" because they were busy. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Andrew, the person who answers the phone for this restaurant, has a bad attitude. It can be difficult dealing with him as he is rude, swears, and may even hang up on you. It may be a challenge to receive your food on time due to his behavior.

The chicken at this restaurant in Bridgend is the best! After a few drinks, there's nothing better than enjoying their delicious chicken and chips. The staff are also friendly and engaging. However, there always seems to be one annoying person making a lot of noise on Saturday nights.

Great little takeaway in Bridgend. Quick delivery service and I 've never had issue with the quality of the food. My favourite being the spicy wings. Southern Fried chicken is also very well made. Pizzas are much like rivals Dominos in many ways, the dough is pretty much the same as is the sauce but its cheaper and gets to you faster. Only issue I have is the 10% discount code they hand out which doesn 't give 10% more like 5%. This needs to be fixed.

Good service well priced good food clean and tidy until 2am. Can sit inside or take away USA do the usual take away Kebabs and BBQ pitza etc delivery service also available
