Bidra med feedbackI pay this company over 3000.00 To provide his service for my brunch which was scheduled to be 10am-3pm His driver didnt show up with some of the food not all at approximately 3:45pm with cold food dirty containers i also paid for servers since i didntwanna be responsible for all of that no servers was present , i contacted him a day later and asked back for a refund since hedidnt met my expectations and i was denied because he wanted me to take store credit , now why imma need store credit when youalready mess up my event SO PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS I WOULD HATE FOR YOU TO ENDURE THE STRESS I DID WHEN IMCALLING HIM ALL DAY AND HE NOT PICKING UP HIS PHONES

Uber eats order, ordered $40 worth of food. Got maybe $15 dollars worth of food. Ordered corn and potatoes and got no corn. Waste of money.
My friends and I entered this establishment around 9:00pm. Now. I understand that it?s almost closure time and it?s almost time for servers to go home. I?ve been a server for the last 5 years. However; I?m extremely disappointed with the service I receivedtoday. Upon entranced we were not greeted nor acknowledged. Your new waitress was uninformed of your menu. I don?t know whotrained her but that right there needs some more work. WE received NO greeting and inattentiveness to guests from yourbartenders. They made no attempt to ask if we?ve made an order. I waited approx. 20 mins. For a simple drink order. Mind you itwas not busy. The bartenders served one side of the bar the entire night. And acted blind to other customers in the building.Multiple people left, I assume because no one knew to order from the bar. Food came out cold, and it didn?t taste as goodbecause the customer service was terrible. As black owned businesses I advise you to do better. Uphold a certain standard withinyour business especially with your employees. Bad employees makes the entire business look. Bad. I only wrote this paragraph soyou know what?s going on and why Connecticut black owned business fail. Please do better I would like to support this again.
