Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bridgeton

I placed an online order. My order should be ready at 11:40. I only received my order 12. This is the third time this happened at this point. There were about 5 others waiting for their order. The people who came to order got their order quickly and there was no one in line. I decided to join. I told the employee what happened and would make my order he said. I asked if he could check and see if they did it or work on it because I didn't want them to do 2 commands. The manager comes by and tells me they can't. That they have other things they have to do. I told her 20 minutes. She still refused to help anyone else with the online orders. It's not a single point. If someone went in, they would serve them and didn't want to wait. I could have ordered it if I was there and got my food faster. NOT OR ONLINE FOR THIS LOVE you WATER.

This was formerly the best place to enjoy Chipotle, but in recent months has taken a drastic downturn. Today my order was ready for 10 minutes after promised time. I immediately noticed how easy my bag felt as soon as I finally got it, and despite ordering a full Burrito with extra rice and double wrapped tortilla, I got the Burrito seen in this photo. It is literally the size of a soda can. The least bad Burrito I've ever received. I immediately requested a refund, but the manager didn't seem worried and said she couldn't refund me. This chipotle will quickly become one to avoid if you want an accurate, properly portioned burrito with the quality we expected. Expect your orders too late and get drastically reduced for ingredients until they decide to look into the down slide in quality and correct the place. So sad to see this place was the best. That was the worst and most sad Burrito I've ever had.

This place is on the hill. I used to eat here all the time. I took a chance tonight and ordered something about the delivery. It came an hour too late and not in a pull-out box, but in loosely opened aluminum foil. Absolutely unhygienic! They also had missing items for which they still accused me. It should be a veggie quesadilla. Instead, it was a cold tortilla hatched with a slight finish of unmelted cheese inside. They didn't cook it at all. An absolute joke. This place should be closed or get better managers.

Chipotle used to have a good taste, but she loosing it now. It was a unique and good taste and many other places still keep it. I hope this situation things bring back their flavors.

It 's clean, the staff is pleasant and efficient. The portions are HUGE. The food is very good as well. I have no complaints. Update: last night was a bit much for me. I had to stand inside and make an online order. That 's fine. That 's their schedule but the SOME of the employees conducted themselves as if they were there alone and no paying customer was standing there. The snappy remarks at each other were not ok. No customer wants to hear an employee say to another, dang, don 't you see me doing something else? You do it!
