Starbucks - Bridgewater

This is a beautiful Starbucks! It was my first visit here, and I'm glad I decided to stop by after GPS directed me to this location. Initially, I thought about leaving right away, but I opted to stay and enjoy my latte inside. The customer service was excellent; the baristas were very polite and attentive. I loved the open layout of the café, with its glass walls and plenty of outdoor seating. The entire area is clean and inviting, resembling a little city within a city. However, I did have one major issue: the bathroom. It was quite disappointing. The first bathroom was outdated and didn't match the modern aesthetic of the store. I can handle an older facility as long as it's clean, but the toilet… I really don't want to dwell on that.

Absolutely a five-star coffee shop! The wait at this Starbucks near the Bridgewater Commons wasn't too long, and I ordered a Venti Non-Fat Caramel Macchiato. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. What elevated my experience to five stars was the way they prepared my drink—it was perfect! I'm really glad I decided to stop here, especially since the Starbucks is no longer in the mall. I highly recommend it!

The location is convenient for shopping in the area, but it’s not ideal for grabbing a quick coffee on your way to work in the mornings. I stopped by on Saturday morning for an iced tea, and I had to wait about 10 minutes, which was longer than I anticipated. However, this spot is clean and comfortable, although there aren't many tables available.

Baristas here have a good mood that is contagious. Loves them for the service they do and make them for the Fab drinks. They welcome everyone and every customer when it is registered and that makes this place special.

Clean and not crowded today. Made my green matcha latte with almond milk perfectly! There was a huge broken glass that they were cleaning up, maybe the person didn't get his/her drink right. ;
