Les Cascades - Brienz

Die Aussicht ist nach wie vor spektakulär, aber das essen ist leider zwar nicht schlecht aber vergleichbar mit einer durchschnittlich skipistenpinte in einem familiaeren eck. Der salat sehr gut, die hauswurst mit roesti versalzen, die egliknusperli tiefkuehlware aus dem ostblock. Aber die Aussicht grossartig, die Bedienung sehr nett und die weinkarte auch sehr gut. Alles in Allem ein netted mittagessen und Dank der Lage erinnerungswuerdig, das essen leider nicht.

Half board dinners were creative and delicious. Breakfasts were Lucullan. All meals were served in elegant in door dining rooms or on the outdoor terraces, all of which had great views of the Giessbach Waterfall and/or Lake Brienz.

A défaut du restaurant Tapis rouge qui était fermé, nous avons eu un excellent menu du soir avec un excellent service par le personnel.

The atmosphere and views are worth it! But the restaurant is expensive, on average you will pay 7 euros for coffee. I didn't order food, but the desserts on display looked very impressive. Friendly staff large area, many locations from where you can take beautiful photos there are tables overlooking the waterfall, mountains and lake.
