Arby's - Brighton

We frequently visit this Arby’s for lunch, mainly because my husband enjoys it, and we consistently encounter a wonderful, cheerful woman who is incredibly sweet. She even gives our dog some treats! Everyone who works there seems genuinely nice and goes above and beyond to make our experience special.

The staff is always exceptionally friendly, no matter what time I visit! There’s usually a short wait every time I go. The employees are very kind. This is definitely one of the best fast food restaurants in Brighton!

I ordered the Greek gyro with the taziki on the side and an extra taziki. The window attendant asked twice if the order was correct, it was not but there was a line Building up. The window attendant was great the people who built the order for hermeals are sub par

After receiving our order, we sat down at a table directly beneath a ceiling speaker that blasted music at an uncomfortable volume. We decided to move to another table, but the noise was just as loud there. I suggested to my daughter that we should simply ask for a bag and eat in the car instead. She approached the counter to request that they lower the music, but instead of complying, they cranked it up even louder. Feeling frustrated, we left the restaurant and drove to a nearby park to enjoy our meal. Overall, it was a very negative experience for us. While the food was good, it felt a bit overpriced and definitely not worth the hassle.

Arby's is usually one of my favorite fast food places, but my last visit was disappointing. The roast beef was tough and resembled jerky, which I had never experienced before. Both my French dip and the regular roast beef sandwich were equally difficult to chew.
