Burger King - Brighton

King Burger is fantastic! The staff is friendly and even gave a thoughtful warning about the spiciness of the food. How thoughtful!

On a dark night, I decided to visit Burger King. As I pulled up to the drive-thru, I rolled down my window and felt the cold night air seep into my car. Expecting to hear a generic customer service voice through the loudspeakers, I was pleasantly surprised by Joseph's warm greeting of "Hello, I'm Joseph, I can take your order." From that moment on, my experience at Burger King would never be the same. Joseph took my order with the grace and charm of a hundred swans, making me feel like I was in the presence of an angel. His friendly demeanor made us laugh, cry, and see the world in a new light. Despite only interacting with him for 8 minutes, he managed to lift our spirits and make us forget about our problems. Joseph truly deserves 5 stars and will always be my king.

The customer service was excellent and prompt, the restaurant was clean, and the food was served hot and fresh. I particularly enjoyed their family bundle meal deal.
