Fuel America - Brighton

Would give zero stars if possible, based solely on the horrible customer service. Delivery order arrived missing one of the two breakfast sandwiches that was on the order/printed receipt stapled to the bag. A refund was received through UberEats, which I appreciated. When I called the restaurant to see what might 've happened, the individual who answered could not have been more flippant or dismissive. His exact reply was ok, cool, thanks . No offer to check to see what might 've happened or even a simple acknowledgement/apology. If missing food and awful customer service is what I can expect from this location I won 't be returning.

I love fuel. It’s a great cafe to work at. Maybe 70% of the tables have access to an outlet, the food is good and the coffee is great. Staff are always super friendly. The atmosphere is chill and a lot of others are studying which is ideal for me!

Really good, interesting cafe food. We loved the matcha fruit bowl and the avocado on toast. Good coffee too. The Sunday tables were full of students, but not too noisy, and I didn’t notice the music (if any). Will definitely return (again).

Some of the best coffee in Boston, and the staff is always kind. The seating in this place can be packed sometimes because of the beautiful atmosphere and the tall windows, but I almost never wait in line for more than 5 minutesFood: 5/5

Such a warm cozy coffee with MCT oil with student friendly brunch items, smoothies, bagels and a super friendly staff. Love this place. Visit this place for good vibes. ?????Food: 5/5
