The Fuel - Brighton

Admittedly, if I think of raw or vegan food, I do not think of much taste or not full feeling after a meal. The food on the fuel opened my eyes and changed this position. I've tried many juices, dishes, packs and the kale chips and were blown away, how tasteful and filled they were. They pay a little more for food made from raw materials, but I think it's worth it. The café itself is beautiful and the staff brings tons of energy! If you are looking for something new and experiencing a staff and food that makes you feel good, I would highly recommend stopping at the fuel.

I just wanted to take a minute and thank the wonderful owners of the fuel. I was in Michigan when I found this little jewel of a restaurant. Everything is gluten-free, raw and vegan. That means I could choose everything on the menu. Since I am a celiac and vegan that is a very big thing. I had the BLT salad with Chipotle Dressing and Cashew cream. I also had a cold-pressed juice. Both were so tasteful, nutritious and absolutely delicious! I had such a pleasant experience that I decided to go back and meet some friends for lunch. This time I had the açaí bowl with date paste. It was the most delicious açaí bowl I ever tasted. I also tried the cinnamon rolls and another cold-pressed juice. Again everything was fresh, tasteful and delicious! My only regret is not the chance to stop last time before you get out of town. I can't say enough positive things about this gluten-free and raw vegan restaurant. I am used to finding places like this in Tucson, AZ, but had not expected to find such a special place in a small town. I hope people in Brighton, MI realize how happy they are to have the fuel. And will choose to promote this amazing business, so it will continue to grow and flourish. And I can't say enough positive things about the owners of fuel. They are passionate, health-conscious and driven people. They took a considerable amount of time from their day to talk to me about their new business, educate me about the items on the menu and even let me take a look at the new industrial juicer they recently added to their kitchen. I can't expect to come back and try more delicious things in this very special place!

Amazingly gluten-free vegan menu for all us health nuts. OBSESSED no gluten or milk everywhere so no worries about my food allergies. great taste, great price.

I have been dining at various establishments for several years and consider myself a tough critic, especially when it comes to creating raw food business recipes. I’m delighted to share that my experience at this restaurant was exceptional! I tried the cinnamon rolls and the sweet potato toast topped with tacos, both of which were delicious. I also sampled a smoothie, a juice, and the delightful cream that my family shared; everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and offered great recommendations. I even got the chance to meet the owner and was thoroughly impressed by her warmth and expertise. Congratulations on opening such a beautiful restaurant that serves healthy, delicious food designed for optimal performance! Wishing you immense success!

It’s the only place I can say that as vegans my daughter and I have finally found our “go to” place for a healthy, vegan meal.
