This is one of Brindesi's hidden little gems. One must try. The service was great. I tried the Sunday menu for 20 euros. Excellent antipasto. Followed by a fish pasta. Then roasted squid, then homemade apple cake and an express coffee. 1/2 liter of local wine and large water. Very clean and a great experience for local cuisine! A must in Brindesi.

Viaggio molto per lavoro e ho provato di tutto. Mai avrei pensato di trovare a Brindisi un locale del genere. Inaspettatamente, piatti di altissimo livello. Ottimo il Salmone alla crema di Champagne, eccellenti i primi piatti in tutte le versioni provate, molto buona anche la carne. Cucina veramente di altissimo livello. Servizio molto veloce e prezzi nella media (decisamente bassi rispetto ad altre località italiane del centro e del nord). Bravo Chef!

Servizio gentilissimo, costi leggermente più alti della media ma corretti per la qualità, vi è dietro uno studio accurato del piatto.

Some great food on offer. The grilled red tuna was excellent as the Orarto (i.e. I did the right? . Tiramisu was easy and followed the meal best. Service super. I'm glad I went there.
