I suppose I caught them on an off day. I've never experienced the poor service and lack luster food that I came across on this visit

Placed an order online through their website. I had a kid with me with a disability so I decided to do through the drive thru and was told I had to go inside. Once I picked up my food I got a very sarcastic thank you and have a good rest of your day.If they have drive thru times like any other fast food restaurant they missed out on a very easy order that was already made plus I was also the only one in line. They missed out on making their numbers better.

Had two minutes to open made horrible comment because we were at the door

The manager working that night Miss Hooper was extremely nice and courteous and her and her crew took care of me and my mom
