McDonald's Brisbane Airport Drive

Dirty tables, Filthy toilets, no paper towels, slow coffee service, small watery soft serves !! Sad that this a front for visitors!! Improvement in service thru better training desperately needed. Never again!

A typical 24/7 macas, very convenient place to eat while waiting for family or friends arriving via plane. Just near BNE international airport. Went with a bro at around 10pm n enjoyed the latte. Worth visiting the place

It's sad we have to review a McDonald's, but this the sort of place you know what you're going to get and you feel quite safe in here, with knowledge of the prices, the flavours, the decent tables to eat your burgers at... but this...was so poorly handled. From the clerk who was almost falling asleep as he leaned on his screen and did not bother to tell us what the different burgers were, to the screens that didn't tell us either, only giving us some useless kcal info per burger. Where the hell are the ingredients list? WTF is a Broncos Burger, or a Homestyle Angus? Still a mystery. Dirty tables. Not a good showcase for Maccas.

Staff were friendly food ok but toilets looked like they hadn't had a proper clean in a week. YUK won't go back

When I placed my order at the restaurant, they barely acknowledged it. I had ordered a coffee, but they seemed more interested in fulfilling delivery orders. It was quite frustrating. After waiting for my coffee, it finally arrived, but the service was very poor. I wouldn't recommend traveling halfway around the world just to be disappointed by the service.
