Wait for fam arrive, ordered a coffee and was completely surprised by the service, quality and little packed biscuits on the lid. many thanks for the small surprise, a beautiful tasty delicious. great customer service experience and perfect coffee from pedro.
Overpriced filled cookies that taste like nothing. iced mocha was very bitter and hot chocolate was tasteless. cocosnus bread was also very bland. had just been stuck with red ****.
I was annoyed with air nz at check-in so that I added bland food and bitter ice mocha to the fuel. because it had a decent presentation, I would expect it to taste above average, especially with the praises. a nutella and biscoff cookie, kokosbrot, icy mocha with milk and a hot chocolate with milk sugar free milk, the last thing I wanted was to have stomach pain on my flight cookie, was undercooked, and not the nice type of undercooked, taste of excess flour and backseide came strong. the only plus was the biscoff and nutella spreads that were used to fill because they legitimate cocosnus bread was tasteless and textur unpleasant. not even a hauch of cocosnüsse came through as delicious as literal air. iced mocha was very bitter, I like my coffee strong but in a mocha there was no balance. they burn the milk of hot chocolate idk, as this happens, both drinks do not use the substitute milk. regarding the customer service they were okay and just okay. it may be me, but felt very hastily when the order. The customer service I experienced was very disappointing, particularly from the blonde woman working behind the counter. She was rude to customers and seemed indifferent to her job and the Botanist Company as a whole. This staff member could greatly benefit from management's intervention.
