Bidra med feedbackWe dined at Otto Brisbane recently using their BYO share menu. The food and the service were both fantastic. We were able to bring our own wine which they decanted for us twice before we arrived for dinner. They also catered for a person in our group who is Coeliac with their own gluten free menu. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I highly recommend this restaurant!
My friend and I were walking around Brisbane starving and exhausted from a day of being a tourist. We saw this couple heading up this very steep escalator and we thought what the heck there must be something up there worth checking out! We found Otto at the top. You don't need to say what Otto is if you have ever been there but being the tourists from Vancouver Island in British Columbia Canada we had no idea. They very sweetly asked if we had a reservation probably knowing we did not. We put the saddest expression on our faces and literally begged to be seated. We said we were starving and would be quick. We were seated. We ordered the lamb with a side salad between us. Strawberry dessert that was to die for. I am not a drinker but even their drinks menu enticed me into odering a whiskey basil which I can honestly say was delicious and probably the first time I have ever had whiskey. What I am trying to say is if you are ever in Brisbane and you want a fantastic meal in a stunning atmosphere and very agreeable well mannered staff you have to eat at Otto's. Thank you for taking pity on two hungry Canucks who will be forever in your debt.
Outstanding Restaurant, the food and service is second to none. We had several items off the menu and made sure we ordered plenty : the bill was very reasonable considering the quality of ingredients and the outstanding flavour. The view and ambience where just a bonus to the simply amazing food. Hats off to the amazing staff at Otto they are world class and very talented in what they do. 5 stars all the way
They changed their menu recently n no more duck gnocchi : otherwise, everything is superb. I hope they won't remove the crab ravioli or the mushrooms risotto from the menu.
The degustation was a perfect way to try 8 different items on the menu. Every dish was nailed and the service was on point with friendliness, timeliness and knowledgable of the menu.
