Pizzeria Violetta - Brisbane

We have been missing a real pizza here in Brisbane. Now we know that you can eat pizza very close to best pizzas in Italy. We are in love with Violetta Pizzaria as it makes best pizza in Brisbane, staff members are always very friendly.

Pizza made like it should be , fresh out of a wood fired oven , no franchised standards here - lots of options and great crust and toppings

I went to this restaurant last night with three of my adult children. It was a Thursday night and we arrived fairly early at 6:30pm. The restaurant was well prepared for our arrival, with the waitress greeting us without needing to check a reservation list. Menus were brought to us quickly, along with the offer to take our drink order right away. We all decided to have pizza, which we found to have a perfect crust - strong enough to hold up a slice but not tough. The toppings were well thought-out and not overpowering. The beers were served ice cold, which was a great bonus. The restaurant is not very large, making it easy to get the attention of the waitstaff who are always nearby. The high tables had comfortable padded stools without backs, suitable for a quick and tasty meal before or after a Suncorp game or other city activities. The menu may be limited, but it is perfect for a satisfying meal.

Our visit to this place for nice pizza was spoilt by a grumpy guy who caused a horrendous scene when we wanted to take the remains of our red wine bottle with us. It is legal allowed in spite of the way he carried on.

I have visited this restaurant about four times, mainly the one in Wilston. Each visit has been consistently fantastic. The service is friendly and quick. The appetizers are tasty but a bit pricey. However, the real highlight is the pizza! They have perfected their dough, with a thick crust and thin base that is surprisingly light. You won't feel heavy after eating their pizza like you would with other places. The toppings are authentic and delicious. I highly recommend it.
