Poulet & Porc - Brisbane

Really loved everything about the place. delicious food! try the pigs, they won't regret it!

They love the pork bell and the burgers too! everything is made by hand the sauces, pickles and all! really high quality cook

The belly burger was delicious. Maybe it's not worth going all the way to eat street, but the pig booze was beautiful and tender with a crispy skin. the apfelslawe really went well with it and gave him a refreshing kick. it was warned that the Chipotle sauce was spicy, but it was about as sharp as sweet chili sauce. the bungalow was quite average.

There are so many possibilities on the eats street market, with so limited magenraum, you have to try very selective in what. but when we saw the word pork on the menu, we went out of the window! we always finished 2 portions of the pig boar with orange fennel salat. great cracking, crispy not too hard or burnt. the flesh itself was juicy. the salate was very refreshing. very satisfied.

Had the popcorn chicken at the Eat Street Market at $10 for a plate. The chicken wasn't much but it was crispy and crunchy. The dish came with a little bit of salad which was an apple slaw with thinly grated slices of apple, a few pieces of radish and some salad leaves. There was also a sauce to eat the chicken with although the chicken could be eaten without the sauce. Would be nice if there was a little bit more chicken as this was more of a snack than a meal. Also would be nice if there were some different flavours or the sauce came in different flavours. Good to try atleast once though.
