Bidra med feedbackWhat a pleasant surprise!! We absolutely fell in love with Roti Place. It was our first time trying Malaysian cuisine and we were not disappointed. We have visited twice already. During our first visit, we tried the Nasi Lemak, various rotis, and I believe the Mi Goreng. While we were eating, we noticed the large bowls of soup being brought to other tables, but we were too full to try them. So, we decided to return and give their soup a try. I was absolutely blown away by how delicious the Combination Laksa was! It has become one of my favorite dishes. The Nasi Goreng was also tasty, but the soup was definitely the highlight. The staff is friendly and youthful. I highly recommend giving this place a try! Thank you, Roti Place.
The roti with curry was fantastic and I even enjoyed drinking the curry soup. The Char Kuey Teow was delicious, with generous portions of big prawns and seafood. The table was clean and our meals arrived promptly. The customer service was good and I would definitely return if I visit Brisbane again. The only downside was that the tea pot was quite small, only yielding 2-3 cups of tea. Other than that, everything was great.
Located conveniently in the heart of the city, parking may be a challenge but it is near the Myer Centre. This restaurant exudes chic Malaysian vibes. The menu offers a variety of tasty dishes, though it may not be the absolute best Malaysian cuisine available, it still checks all the boxes and delivers a satisfying experience. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with the familiar aromas of Malaysian spices. I highly recommend trying the crab dishes, especially considering their reasonable prices.
What a pleasant experience; speedy service, great meals, great value, and great taste. Given it was Friday lunch time, I was pleasantly surprised about the amount of staff attending to patrons. I enjoyed Nasi Lemak with Curry Chicken; yummy. Will go there again!
Great service from Hazel, who was really lovely! Food was great as usual – I especially love the sweet roti. Hazel recommended the salty egg chicken and it ended up being my favourite main.
