Chick-fil-a - Bristol

This is the best Chick-fil-A ever! Not because the food is better, but the people that work there are amazing! Don and James made us feel like family! Highly recommended!

This Chick-fil-A is one of the best we have ever visited. We drove through for breakfast and the service was outstanding, from the lady that took our order to the young man that gave us our food. Since the restaurant was not very busy, we had an opportunity to chat with each of them, and felt that they were truly interested in the conversations. The food was the usual high quality and a real pleasure to enjoy. The people of Bristol are very lucky to have such a great place to eat.

Long line in the drive thru, but service was quick inside

Not going to leave a bad review because the food is always fine but they have a major drive thru problem. Easy 30 minutes every time I go. It's so frustrating I consider not going back but I like the lord's chicken.

Very busy which is typical for the chain. Service was somewhat slow. Food was hot and done but could have been cooked slightly more. Restroom and dining area were rather messy. But, again, it was dinner time and they were busy. Nothing was unacceptable and we'd go back if in the area.
