The wait time for food was hilariously long, almost 40 mins for starters and drinks, we ended up getting the drinks from the bar ourselves.The food was not fresh. Mac n cheese was dry, fries looked stale. The chicken was dry. The drink glass was dirty and had fresh lipstick stains on from previous customers. When went to replace it, the servers didn't look happy, tasted like water mixed with coffee instead of a martini. No sense of health and hygiene. Absolute waste of our money. Sadly not returning here again.

Waited 50 mins for two simple meals. Wasn’t warned that there would be a delay, and it seems it’s common practice. Food was dreadful. Brown lettuce in the salad. At one point a very rude Italian waiter was stomping around looking for a table and swore really loudly in Italian. I would think most British people would understand these words not exactly rocket science. Couldn’t believe how unprofessional this was. Wish I’d read the reviews before sitting down for lunch. Appalling. Avoid.

This restaurant has great potential but falls short. Located in a prime location with a steady stream of passing trade, the delay in food delivery allowed me to notice that the place needs a good clean. Sticky tables and menus were just the beginning. The food was okay, but I suggest avoiding the soggy, undercooked 'home cut' fries.

The breakfast is awful. Do not order the avocado toast. The served wet slice pan bread. The mushrooms on the breakfast was essentially just garlic. Don’t waste your time when there’s lots of nice places around. Tables are sticky. Floors are sticky. Weatherspoons would be nicer!

We had excellent customer service from Owen when we arrived at the restaurant. The coffee and breakfast were both delicious, and we enjoyed the great music playing in the background.
