Birch Kitchen - BRISTOW

Excellent dinner on Saturday night. noise level was good, especially because we dined early...6:00pm a little expensive, but eating was very good. had to ask for brot and butter and glad that we did as it was warm and easy added to the meal experience

I waited an hour for my meal without any apologies or updates from the staff. When my food finally arrived, it was cold. The interior of the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the menu has a lot of potential, but it's clear that the staff is overwhelmed and unable to manage the situation.

I had a reservation for brunch at 11:30, but the place was already busy with diners by 11:00. The manager and waiter kept telling us that the food is made to order, which is why it took so long for our meals to arrive. I'm not sure what was leftover if that's the case. The food was decent, but it definitely wasn't worth the hour-long wait. The table behind us left after waiting just as long without receiving their food. The whole experience felt very disorganized. We might give this place another shot, but if it gets too crowded with more than 4 or 5 tables, we'll probably look for another option.

The menu may be limited, but it offers a nice variety of options. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked to perfection. The chocolate pot with ice cream was also fantastic.

This was the second time we've been to Birch and they did not disappoint. The food and service was outstanding! They are getting ready to change over the menu, so we will definitely be back to try out the new offerings.
