Broadway Lounge - Broad Channel

I had dinner here with my wife while on a visit to NYC… the food was mediocre at best. The service was awful, we were ignored and no one came to check on us throughout the whole night. The view is great, which was the only highlight. I do not recommend.. save your money.

Terrible prices for ok-ish food, much better options on the streets of New York, overhyped views and our server told us not to use card because she didn’t feel like processing them, never coming back.

There's a very real and immediate cool factor to riding an ultrafast elevator up 8 floors, then dining in a posh booth, looking out ceiling-to-floor glass, out to the most vibrant town square in the world. If you want that view, you should have no trouble paying a premium for very decent appetizers, etc.

This is a MUST go to venue for anyone wanting delicious food, tantalizing cocktails and unbelievable views of time sq! Thank you for the great service too.

Burger was overcooked by 2 temperatures and the salmon was overdone as well.
