I Like Food - Broad Channel

I like food is really a hidden gem in Ridgewood, came in because i saw a video on tik tok. We came in at 2pm on a Sunday right when they open. We ordered the Pernil ultimate sandwich with seasoned fries to substitute the chips that come with it. The food was made pretty fast. The first bite was mouth watering. So many different flavors i didn't know i needed. The sandwich is very juicy. The wrap doesn't fall apart which i really liked and was very worried about. The fries tasted great. My boyfriend was in love. Can't wait to come back. They have a fully stocked bar also. This place is pretty big for a bar in Ridgewood, outdoor seating is an option too on their patio.

This is bar food but upscaled and considered the menu often updates but it's always for good reason. I can't tell you a bad bite I've had at this place. Located inside Aunt Ginnys it's the perfect place to get your late night muchines. At the moment I would try the Irish Spice Box and the Lemon pepper zaatar fries.

The food is good and i was able to come in when it was the afternoon, but it’s not even 9:30 pm and i wanted to swing by after the gym, but they wouldn’t let me without an ID all of a sudden. i don’t care it’s in a bar i’m hungry for something i’ve been looking forward to.

I’ve been to many influencer recommended places and they 99% of the time disappoint. This is in the 1% that did not. Got the Ridgewood spice box that people complain about the value. They’re wrong $20 is a bargain. That curry sauce alone is worth that. The fries and the chicken are prepared masterfully with the right crisp, spice, volume of food and that sauce. Damn, that sauce. Amazing! The pernil crisp was great! It was mouthwatering good and came with chips that I thought were there to fill the plate. No they’re a great addition to the meal have a chip with a mouthful of wrap it’s very tasty. Only draw back was seating it’s in a bar which on Friday at 6:30 took about 45 mins to get a seat, but worth every minute! Will once again travel 45 mins for that spice box.
