Little Dumpling - Broad Channel

Don't tell anyone that this is the best Chinese food in Queens.

Soup dumplings were incredible, best I’ve ever had. The sauce for the sweet and sour whole fish was also out of this world.

This is our go to for soup dumplings. The skin is thin and holds in a lot of soup. It's amazing flavor when you add a bit of the ginger vinegar. The jellyfish appetizer was surprisingly well proportioned. A lot of places use a lot of pickled carrots and turnips instead of jellyfish but this one has a good combo of both. The Shanghainese fried noodles look underwhelming but again flavorful and the noodles are chewy (good chewy). String beans and Drunken chicken both very well done. We enjoyed everything

The staff here is fast, reliable, and attentive. The soup dumplings are fantastic, and their scallion pancakes are equally delicious. The spicy beef soup is great too, even when reheated the next day at home. My kids really enjoy dining here. The bathrooms are well-maintained, and the entire restaurant is clean. We've had wonderful experiences each time we've visited. Just a heads up: I recommend checking their Sunday opening hours. I believe Google lists it as 10:30, but I think it actually opens at 11.
