Mcdonald's - Broad Channel

Employee unwilling to help and made me confused . I wanted to use mobile app and he acted as if he knew nothing about it!

This mcdonalds has had been here for a while and this mcdonalds like they are fast I never have had a problem with this mcdonalds

Everything was great It wasn't a top McDonald's but it did the job and some erratic people were there making it uncomfortable

By far it has declined. The amount of homeless people who aggressively ask for money. Then on top of that they continue to no put your whole order in the bag. This happened on several occasions. Where there was missing items. So if you come here make sure you double check. If you’re using the self service machine it never has receipt paper so take a picture of your order and the order number. Just in case you are missing your items which would be at a 90% rate

Got the $5 meal Chicken sandwich Fries 4 Chicken nuggets Drink It was even brought to our table Get it while it last!!
