I’ve been going to Palmetto since they opened in February 2020! I cannot say enough about what a great place to go, see really outstanding people, have a cocktail, and enjoy each other’s company. The management team and the staff are stellar and second to none. The cocktails are innovative and delicious. Every time I go, I know that I will always have great conversations with all the amazing people that work there, and with a person I happen to meet that evening. I look forward to visiting New York/Brooklyn again real soon and I will always find time to stop by Palmetto for a fabulous cocktail, great people to meet, and talk with. Exceptional drinks, good pricing and excellent ambiance. Recommended for a relaxed date or a low key evening with friends.

Cocktails are incredible. Service is unmatched. Space is gorgeous. And yes, their employees are paid fairly. I own a cocktail bar in the neighborhood and know that someone has targeted them (along with their friends with a series of unfair reviews. Ironically, they seem to not realize how this affects a business and in turn how much money is made by those who work at said business. I do not believe that recent bad reviews have been made in good faith. Anyone who’s been here knows it’s fantastic :
