Seriously cannot recommend Purslane enough! My partner and I were drawn to their menu options and floating-style dinner, and were impressed with their team throughout the entire process. Purslane was the perfect catering company and vendor for our wedding at The Prospect Park Boathouse. They were quick to respond to all questions and created a private tasting session due to the schedule of my partner and I. We enjoyed every step of working with them.
