Smashburger - Broad Channel

So I went to the store last night ordered double bacon smashburger and classic crispy chicken and herb wings . The receipt reflects the time I ordered at 8:25 pm. I waited on my table because that was my understanding. By 8:52 i went to the counter on the side where food ordered are usually placed. I saw mine based on the name in the receipt attached outside the brown bag. One the tall male staff saw me taking the bag and gave me a seemingly upset face. He said I should wait because it will be delivered.I said Ok. I didn’t hear any apologies and that’s really Ok. Before going back to my chair I decided to pick up some ketchup and napkins,at this time, he was obviously upset and told me that’s why we don’t want customer picking up their orders here.i said sorry i didn’t know. I went back to my chair disgusted at their customer service! Rude! I didn’t get an apology for a long wait over 25 mins long wait and to reprimand me for getting some napkins which when the chicken finally delivered did not have any napkins. It was a waste of money, i shouldn’t have tipped 15%. Will never go back there! Food was junk anyway!

Nicer than the Smashburger in manhattan. Staff was friendly food was great. When somebody came in playing music on Bluetooth speaker they asked him to not play his music in the restaurant. He turned it off and everyone continued to enjoy their meals.

The service by my host was wonderful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend smashburgers

Okay burger, doesn't standout particularly but also not bad. Fries is pretty good.

Smashburger just feels fresher than other fast food places.
