Starbucks - Broad Channel

I went in today and the nasty lady at the register!! Lost my business won’t go back if she is there!! It’s coffee not that serious!!

It's Starbucks so you know the quality already. The service here is excellent. It's a small store and they get everyone through quickly. Very friendly staff.

They insist on having the to-go pick up counter across the store. Would work fine if there wasn't always a line, overcrowded people waiting for their orders or even to make their order. The store is too small to operate so slowly

The morning staff has been very rude the last few times I visited this location. One morning I waited almost 45 minutes for a drink I ordered on the app. When asked if they had my order lined up I was dismissed very abruptly even though other customers were walking in and receiving drinks before mine. I will not be visiting this location anymore, the girls there sour my mood every time. I am disappointed in their service and how they handle guests. The Starbucks location across from Zuccotti Park has become my new Starbucks with better customer service and a more positive atmosphere.

Worst Starbucks staff I have ever seen. Worse than large costumer volume places like airport or train stations. They tried to reach their customers with interesting attitude and silly laughing. NO customer service at all and they look like from same family or network with no manners. Starbucks could just shut the shop down if they do not want business nearby. Have no choice to be here just because they close the shop downstairs of my building. Not surprised at all when saw so many negative reviews.
