Costa Coffee - Broadland

I visited here on a weekday morning for a Coffee Frappe on the way to work. I have been before. There is a large car park. I didn't have any problems getting a space as I was there about 7am. The staff were talking amongst themselves when I stood at the ordering point and carried on their conversation without acknowledging me at all until they had finished their chat (non work related). I ordered my drink and paid. The girl who served me wasn't particularly friendly and said the bare minimum to me. My drink wasn't great. I love the coffee frappes (without the calorie laden cream toppings) and it's my go-to drink on a hot day. But the one I got from here was rubbish. It normally comes thick and cold. The best way I can describe it is like an icy coffee flavoured milkshake with a texture almost identical to the ice-cream milkshakes from McDonald's. But this one was like they'd missed putting the ice in at all! It was a thin, lukewarm milkshake that tasted like they'd just put an espresso and some milk in a blended and frothed it up, missing the ice completely. I would return here. But only because it is the only one for miles around that opens early enough for people who start work early to go to. The others all open too late! It wouldn't be my Costa Coffee of choice.

I Will never buy costa again after being a regular customer I met a friend to give a birthday card and was in the carpark which was empty for all of 9 minutes to receive a £100 fine for being a non-patron. Disgusting after being a regular loyal customer this was the only time I didn’t purchase a drink. Avoid at all costs!!!!

As a regular user over the years my experience has left me distraught.... After a long fun family day out my 2 young children and I decided to have dinner in costa as a treat. When I arrived I looked at my children and realised they are both asleep, so I took a phone call while I was parked, thinking they may wake up, they Didn’t as a parent I put the children first and decision to leave them to sleep and drive home. 2 months later..... I was charged for 14mins parking, as I wasn’t a customer. Since then....email after many emails “with “ costa” national car parking enforcement “ tnc collection, They have shown zero care to my situation, and no even acknowledge my appeal and this have left me with £160 fine and a shocking experience for the past 4 months. This is no ways to treated

Usual factory type atmosphere. High prices for not a lot. OK if you’re a coffee snob, but if sensible ,goes elsewhere.

Agree with others on here avoid !!! Service always slow , but like another got slapped with £60 parking fine !!! Not necessarily Costas fault but even so I’ll never ever visit this branch again, not what you need just before Xmas !!!
