Subway - Broadlands

I visited this restaurant twice, and both times, the lady behind the counter didn't greet me at all. She appeared to be overwhelmed, which really affected the experience. The bread was somewhat stale, and she didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted; I had to insist on that myself. She rolled her eyes when I requested it, but eventually toasted it. At the end, she put my hot sub and cold sub in the same bag and stuffed our chips in there as well. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway, and I will not be returning. I also noticed that all the bread was just sitting out, not stored properly in the bread rack.

I really enjoy Subway! It's always clean, the subs are delicious, and it's a great option for maintaining a healthy diet.
