Baskin-robbins - Broadview

1 display freezer was down and half of the other flavors available had freezer burn on the icecream. Won't be back

I usually come to this Baskin-Robbins everyday after work but for some reason it was horrible I sat in the drive-in for 20 minutes and still two cars were ahead of me and I was waiting so I decided to leave get some workers do something because this is really sad to go through a drive-thru and wait 20 minutes and still don't get waited on?????????????????????????

Depending on the location, the counter ladies were awesome.I mistake the order, she fixed it no issue, made everything correct.Like I wrote, depending on the DDBR good workers. ?

Fast service. Got my usual 3 scoops. If your in the area stop for the fast friendly service.

Visited here earlier tonight...and remembered why i stopped coming here in the first place. tried to call to order a cake--kept getting busy signal. drove over to see what cakes they had (as nobody would answer phone) and they had 1 cake in freezer...$50 for the one cake (8-10 people serving size). i asked the young lady at the counter if they had any alternatives? namely smaller..she told me i need to call to order a cake in advance. well that could be a problem if u dont answer the phone...
