Custom House Grill - Brockport

The building used to be a custom house on the old Erie canal. So it's very historic and it has kept a lot of its charm from that era. The food is tasty burgers, sandwiches and salads. The service is always friendly. A pleasant, reliable place to eat lunch. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Seated upstairs as they said downstairs was full. Service was terrible. Took 45 minutes to get appetizers (2 salads, a bowl of soup and pretzels) and I had to go downstairs to ask our bartender/waitress where they were. Literally the only customers were all at the bar drinking so if u want to drink u can come here but if u want to eat you will wait over an hour. The apps did taste good. But waiting an hour for food is ridiculous. Still dont even have our burgers. I think they are chasing the cows. Will not be coming back.
