Ordered a Salvie Burger at 7:50 on 3/15/24 and added two extra toppings. The burger arrived with only the two toppings I added. None of the toppings that go onto a salvie burger were included. Tomato, Lettuce, Onion, and Mayo are listed as ingredients for the salvie burger and I did not request them to be removed. I called the store and the manager said sorry the online system is just kinda bad and did nothing to make the situation right. I did not receive what I ordered, there was no offer to send the correct order out after the manager was informed of the mistake. There was no offer to even refund the incorrect portion of the order. I understand that mistakes happen. I am a very polite and patient person. Very disappointed with the service and I will not be ordering from this location again. Accidents happen but the Salvatore 's management made absolutely no attempt to fix their mistake.

I would give a 0 if possible. Food took over 1 1/2 hrs on a Tuesday night. Spoke to April the manager and she wasn't very pleasant and could give me no updates on my pizza for over a half hour. Then I get my pizza and it is burt with literally no sauce. I'll never order salvatores again. UPDATE: without seeing the recent reply I decided to give it another try as salvatores has always been my favorite. Ordered online with no issues and was definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Basic 19 cheese. Great job!

Very small, definitely just a take out location. Service was ok and fairly quick. Seems clean.

I called on a thursday at five o'clock , was put on hold for t minutesI then hung up and called again. Was immediately put on hold hung up after 5 minutes., Again I called back and no one answered. Really? This is unacceptable bad for business bad for customers bad for returning customers. I will go somewhere else.
