Mcdonald's - Brockton

I was here today to eat my lunch while it looked like there was an employment event for and manager conference. They would think with a table full of 10 manager in the building that they would pump something out of ice-cold soggyries. not today, that's good, I sit here eating a woman who identified himself as manager, on which handy hidden behind a partition in the wall, can't be seen a very vulgar entertainment. of course not coming back.

Decent food some staff are excellent others are miserable. I get that it might not be the most glamorous job but if you hate people as much as some of these people you absolutely shouldn't work at a fast food joint. Just my opinion ? also food is typical mcd sometimes hot and good and mostly semi cold or stale.

I bought a large ice coffee using my rewards points on the mobile app. The transaction on the app went through fine but when I got to the drive thru speaker and gave them the code I received, the cashier told me that the code wasn't valid. After going around with the cashier about it she told me to pull up to the window, when I get to the window, instead of giving me my lrg. Ice coffee they ask me to pull out of line to the parking area. After sitting in the parking area for about 5 minutes, a guy comes out with a medium ice coffee. I asked him if it's a large which it clearly wasn't, then says I think so. Huh??!! Well I did have time to keep playing these games, so I took the wrong order of ice coffee, which on top of everything else didn't have any of the spenda in it that I asked for. I've lived in this area for over thirty years and I can truthfully say that this McDonald's on Crescent is the worst one in Brockton or it's surrounding towns.

This McDonald's is probably one of the fastest ones I've been to, I do door dash with my boyfriend and we have gotten Alot of orders from here, The employees are very nice and fast. Highly recommend if your doing door dash in this area to take orders from here, Like I mentioned this is a pretty fast location compared to the South Weymouth McDonald's where they take forever to do everything!!

Went to the drive-thru to get a happy meal and was told to drive around to the front of the store because they had no fries. Then was given an attitude by the girl who brought it out to me. Will never go to this McDonald's ever again.
