Franco's Pizza Trattoria - Broken Arrow

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Our order was supposed to be ready 45 minutes after placing it online, but when we arrived, nothing was ready for another 15 minutes. One of our pizzas had not even been made. When I asked how long it would take, I was told “I don’t know”. Feeling frustrated, I pressed for a more specific time and was told 5 or 6 minutes. After about 10 minutes, I was told two more minutes, and I said okay, but if it takes longer, I will leave. The owner then brought the pizza to me and blamed me for being impatient when they had messed up my order. He was rude and questioned why I was timing the pizza. He also falsely claimed that I was early, which was not true. The customer service was absolutely terrible and we do not plan on returning. Additionally, once we started eating, we noticed that two out of the three pizzas we ordered were incorrect. One of them was the one they had forgotten to make first, and which I had to wait for.

The pizza was amazing and the menu had unique offerings compared to what is typically available in the area. The staff were friendly and the service was satisfactory. This is a classic pizzeria that prioritizes delicious food over fancy decor, which is the right approach when the food is this good. If you plan on stopping by for lunch and want a deep dish pizza, be sure to order ahead to avoid waiting. Otherwise, be sure to try something new; it will definitely be worth it.

If you are looking for real and authentic Italian cuisine, this restaurant is the place to go. Don't expect fast food, as everything is made fresh and time is not a concern. Their deep-dish pizza is incredibly delicious and definitely worth trying!

First off, this is the best Chicago style (not the only style of they serve) pizza I have ever had. The pizza was their homemade sausage (and veggies) and it was awesome. They messed up my initial order, then came out and apologized before I could even complain. They they were so nice, they even offered a free pizza to take home (I refused, my guilt would have ate me alive). My pizza was so good, even though it wasn't exactly what I ordered, I could not accept the offer. They are a small business, and the pizza is handmade. We also had a salad and it was great as well. I will definitely be back. We need to support the local small businesses.

Absolutely the best best best!!!!!! Staff and owner are so kind. We couldn't decide between bread sticks and raviolis, and they brought us out some ravioli on the house! Absolutely incredible, mouth watering so so so so so good!!!!! You'll need to come hungry in your stretchy pants! We will def be back!!
