Mustache Milktea - Bromart

Mustache is a little cafe nestled in a plaza. There is plenty of parking but no outdoor seating. Inside, the atmosphere is very cool! There is plenty of seating, there are beautiful plants, and tons of games to play. I loved the avocado durian smoothie! It tasted like fresh fruit. I would've loved to try some of the milk tea options, as they're all super unique and sound really great. It is on the pricier side, but the service was polite, quick, and so attentive (I broke the cup when trying to put my straw in and he came to exchange the cup!

Would not let me use the bathroom until after I ordered something. Not a regular anymore. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would like to speak with the owner as I had a very bad experience. I asked the manager why my drink was taking so long. He started going off on me then told me that there was a huge line. The next day I had a similar experience where four people who ordered behind me got their drinks behind me. (I told him this happened) he started raising his voice and shouting at me. He grabbed money out of the cash drawer trying to give me a refund. I don’t need a refund. I need to just understand why my hot tea was taking so long so I can level set expectations. I turned to leave hoping he would put the money away and let me leave and he kept on shouting at me. The room was staring at him. He wouldn’t stop shouting so I asked for a manager he declared he was the manager and that I should never come back. This literally just happened. I’ve never had a problem with any other workers. The guy was unhinged. Everyone was staring at him as he was screaming. I tried to calm him down and he said that he was angry because everyone works so hard and all I ever do is complain? I’ve met him twice and both times it took 15 minutes to pour my hot tea. Please note: the tea was cold when he gave it to me.
