Sanders Cafe - Bromsgrove

Very disorganised service was asked twice what I wanted cos apparently the 2 women couldn't communicate. Then they charged me for my full order, forgot half of it and then said they hadn't charged me for the part they had forgotten so gave them the benefit of the doubt and was charged again but later checked my statement and have been charged twice. It wasn't exactly busy and it was a very simple order. Totally ripped off

Well, I wonder where’s the 5 star food rating come from… Guy making toasties with his bare hands previously touching money? Dirty rag in the fridge, food choice minimal. Didn’t want to risk trying ice cream. Big let down. Sorry.

I visited this cafe on Saturday 13th Jan 2024 What a lovely place, reading the previous reviews I was a little worried but it was lovely very clean tidy and the girl behind the counter was lovely and even spoke to I presume her regulars by name she was very polite. I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich and a latte and I really enjoyed it I watched her cook the bacon fresh I will be definitely going back. She was even kind enough to bring a loyalty card out for me to get stamped every time I go.

Went to sanders park this afternoon and found a lovely cafe inside the park selling hot and cold food and drinks also ice cream all at reasonable prices. Staff are really friendly especially Kylie who really made us feel welcome and a true professional

Not a great experience, won't bother going again. Food is not good and I couldn't believe a cheap brand bottle of WATER was £2 (same price as a bottle of Coca-Cola) I needed the water for my baby I found this very overpriced. Staff are not the friendliest .
