"The coffee and everything else tastes much better on weekdays. However, on weekends, the coffee is terrible. The last time I visited, I had to throw away a cappuccino that was nothing like what I expected. I would have asked for a replacement, but I went through the drive-thru instead. Also, be sure to check your bags before driving off, as they often forget to include items."

Terrible experience! They took my order correctly but ended up delivering the wrong item. I ordered a latte, but instead received just coffee. This is actually the third time this has happened to me. The previous time wasn't too bad since I could drink the coffee, but last night was a different story—I asked for a medium latte with almond milk and one Splenda, and instead got hot water with milk and sugar. It's not just me; several of my friends have encountered similar issues in the past. I'll return to this location to give it another chance and make sure I'm not unfairly judging it. If my experience improves this time, I’ll give it a five-star rating.

I usually place my order through the app between 3 and 5 AM, as it's typically quiet and clean during that time, and my visits generally go smoothly. However, I’ve had some experiences that have been frustrating, particularly when a certain employee is working—a brown-skinned guy with glasses and an untamed mini Afro. He often takes 5 to 7 minutes to acknowledge that an order has been placed through the app, despite the bell that rings when an order comes in. Additionally, he tends to take his time making my coffee, which is never hot or well-prepared when he’s the one serving it. It's quite disappointing. Other than that, my visits are usually quick and efficient. Just a heads-up: after midnight and until 5 AM, the donuts are often not fresh, so I make sure to order them only after 5 AM.

Great place! Great coffees! But the staff is not so customer friendly. Ordered 20 munchkins and just gave me 10. Went back to ask nicely for the other 10 and the cashier was getting upset.

The employees here are always in a rush and trying to fly through all the customer which actually slows them down. Makes them mess up the orders and they either burn the food or the food isn't cooked enough. Sometimes you gotta give them time to makecoffee. Sometimes they get mad at customers and just straight up ignore them or talk trash about them in a different language.Basically they're very unprofessional here. Some people have good experiences but I've seen more people getting bad service herethan good also the little counter where you throw trash out. It's usually a mess and that's because of the customer's making amess and not cleaning up after themselves but at the end of the day it's the Dunkin donuts employees job to clean it up right?Anyways come here at your own risk lol.
