Arby's - Brookfield

I heard that they had reintroduced their chicken salad sandwich. Unfortunately, it wasn't available, but it was one of those nights when I was in the mood for fast food. The atmosphere is quite cozy, and the food consistently delivers, making it a nice alternative to both cooking at home and overpriced fast food options. The staff is always friendly, and despite it being an extremely busy night, they efficiently took care of us and ensured we received our order correctly.

The food was good but it took forever to get. I was the only one in line and had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. No special order just straight from the menu. And my expensive curly fries were only half full. I would definitely go back because I do like Arby's and just hope that this was a one-time fluke.

This place is really disappointing. It's poorly managed, the service is slow, and the overall cleanliness is lacking. Honestly, the only reason I’m giving it one star is that it encourages me to eat healthier by steering me away from dining here.

I enjoy visiting this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and the establishment is always clean. Juwuan, one of the staff members, is exceptionally helpful—he was very polite and friendly, and he went above and beyond to fix my order. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I haven't visited Arby's in quite some time. I tried the corned beef sandwich along with an orange shake, and both were fantastic. I would definitely return!
