Culver's - Brookfield

I was so impressed by the friendly staff at this particular location when my daughter and I stopped for a late lunch yesterday. And that was BEFORE my daughter threw away her retainer by leaving it on the tray. The staff was amazing and immediately 'gloved up ' and helped us search through the garbage for the retainer. We were so grateful to find it and know that not everyone who works in food service would so graciously go to these lengths to help a customer out in this situation!

Always a long line at the drive thru here but it?s good service. They move at a good pace and the staff is always very friendly. Good food which you expect at Culver?s. We come here a few times a month and dining in is nice with the outdoor patio area

Eating is always good, but sometimes the different employees make the experience different. For example, if I get the same thing every time I go there, but my service is always different. I order a big frit I have little. One day they gave a completely different order and when I went back to get my order, it was still not right. Sometimes the soda machine was not changed and u got a bad soda. It is really unconsistent that it is like rolling dice. Some days my service is perfect and others it is terrible, but this is the fast food industry. I'm cutting them from everyone else, but it's been rough lately.

I just ate my grandma in Culver! We had such a great experience. My grandma turns around 87 and wanted to get Culver for lunch. Wednesday, 26th October, we arrived at 11:45 a.m. and were greeted by a nice employee (I unfortunately did not get their name, but she was there for about 6 months) who took our order immediately. My grandma brought some coupons and she was so excited to use them, the cashier was so patient! Our food came so fast I was delicious! We thank our cashier when we left, she brought us into a great mood with her smile and enthusiasm great start in the afternoon! Thank you, Culver.
