Dunkin' - Brookfield

I use 2 go 2 Dunkin Doughnuts, every night around 2am-3am. The last 9 times ive went around 145am-230am, the6 tell me they dont serve food. Talking about the 1 in Brookfield IL

Ordered $10 worth of items and asked for a small cup of water. They wanted to charge $1.11 for this little cup of water. Who does that? I just don't like this place. I won't be going back to this location.

Just a tip: if you order an iced coffee, be sure to request less ice, as they tend to fill it with more ice than coffee. I’ve noticed this is a common practice, similar to what I’ve experienced at Starbucks and other places. So keep an eye out and be cautious! Enjoy your visit!

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. One of the employees actually smelled my tea before offering it to me, which I found quite unprofessional.

I’m disappointed to say that when we visited, there was only one person working to manage the entire restaurant on their own. I really hope he receives a bonus because he was incredibly kind, friendly, and brave to handle everything by himself.
