Panera Bread - Brookfield

Great counter service, was a short wait for our order to be filled, serve yourself drinks(free refill on soda, teas and lemonade). My husband and I shared a Margherita Flatbread Pizza and a Ceasar Salad and took a little pizza home-both very good for a soup and sandwich type restaurant. I also bought the Petite Chocolate Chip Cookies-yummy.

The bread is the best! The bagels on Tuesday's are the best deals. Fun fact my daughter loves the soup and will eat it daily if I let her. lol..

Always order online for pickup. So simple and never a problem. Five dozen for work and they were a hit.

The manager Barbra, absolutely amazing! I called before I placed my order and asked her it would be possible to put me on a liquid diet as my jaw was wired and asked if her mix of my soup was an option.. not only was she ready to do this so that I could eat at work, she was moreover happy to do it! She asked me how mixed I needed to fit my diet and she did it perfectly! I ordered two containers of Broccoli cheese soup and they united both so perfectly I could drink it through a straw as I needed to also be able to be best me? eat all month! Since my operation, I have asked numerous paneras to do this, and they all refused, so that I only tend to go with food my working days and today I was particularly hungry, so if Barbra was happy to mix my food, I can honestly say they made my whole day 200% better! Thanks to Barbra and the team at this location! You are great and the food was also great! 20 of 10 recommended

Bakery is pretty good, but the customer service organization is missing a bit. Fall in Point, group of about 20 young girls (Soccer team? . The trainer commanded all 3 registers as every girl made her order. Then, when all orders are completed, coach went to each register to pay the bill. In my opinion, Panera 1 (or 2 registers) should have dedicated to the team and leave a register open to other customers.
