Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I visited the restaurant on November 24, 2021, at 6:30 PM. The hostess saw us waiting at the entrance but seemed too busy to attend to us, even though there were plenty of empty tables. It’s concerning that she didn’t acknowledge us when we arrived. After we ordered starters, they never arrived, and neither did our sodas, which ended up coming after our main courses. Additionally, we had to hunt down someone to get silverware and napkins because they were never provided with our meals. The entire experience felt like a joke. When we left, there were two groups at the entrance also waiting for the hostess, who was nowhere to be found in the back. It seems like the staff was insufficient. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I have no plans to return.

The only reason she didn't opt for Q-Star is that the food was good. However, the service is terrible. We had to wait an eternity to get seated, and then it took an absurd amount of time for our food and drinks to arrive.

Getting a table can be quite a challenge, but once you arrive, the service is quick. The burgers and drinks are tasty. Plus, on Wednesdays, kids' meals are half off!

If you like Red Robin, enjoy the food of this restaurant. Good table service. We arrived at 11:30. We had a 15-minute waiting period because of a lack of staff.

Food was very good. Had to wait 30+ minutes. Only one server but she was GREAT. Very friendly and attentive. Her positive attitude showed throughout her interactions with us. And helpful at the end with the table side checkout process. It was worth the wait.
