Pat's Pizza Pasta - Brookhaven

Pizza was good. Likes classic simple cheese. Tried her calzone, garlic breadsticks, with her sauce and it was also delicious. Overall, I was happy with my order.

My last time ordered by these Mfs. I love Pats now and then. But tonight I decided to order through Doordash. My first order was canceled because my driver had an incident... He probably only ate the food. But Pats decided to lie and say that they did not receive my second order that I set, but nevertheless they also had the nerve to say that door bag has left them a message that did not say to make. Soooo, what is it? Whatever the Tordash customer service woman said, Türdash does not send messages like that. They just didn't want to survive my food. In any case, I had to refund two refunds because Pat's butt lies and whoever Taqi is the door handler. I won't order from you anymore.

Very disappointing pizza. I had frozen pizzas that were better. We ordered a square pie with half meatball. I think they used less than half of a meatball crumbled into unidentifiable tiny 'crumbles '. Pie was not well done as requested. I called to let them know and the manager, Brian, said he could not help us because we called the next day. Then he hung up. I will never buy their pizza again because the pie seemed to me like a mass produced conveyor belt pizza , weak dough, bland sauce and the manager seemed the same. After this experience, I felt the need to order a pizza from a different place in order to satisfy my craving for pizza because Pats Pizza fell way short. Sorry, maybe they were having a bad day. I tried giving them another chance but the manager hung up the phone on me.

NEVER DEAL WITH JUSTIN NONCHALANT ATTITUDE!! SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CALL THE DELIVERY DRIVER FOR THEM TO FIX MY ORDER. JUST LET THE PHONE RING CAUSE IT'S THE END OF THE NIGHT!! GAVE ME FRIES THAT WERE BORDERLINE MASHED POTATOES AND MY CILANTRO LIME RICE WAS JUST REGULAR WHITE!! SAD THING IS THAT I ORDERED FROM THEM CONSTANTLY BUT NOT AFTER TONIGHT? Not one piece of cilantro or taste of lime. Straight Jasmine rice and the chicken is old!!

You can't go to Pat's Pizza and not get Pizza ? Even if I'm not getting a whole pie, I will definitely get a couple of slices.....sausage and beef pepperoni ? The Best All their salads are really fresh too....I got the Tuna this time and they gave me some garlic knots! And a special treat, the carrot ?cake is sooo good.
