JD's Delish Cafe Restaurant - Brooklyn

Upon entering the cafe, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The pleasant aroma of the teas on display filled the air. The Teahouse was cozy and inviting.

2/12 Dangar Road, Brooklyn has changed hands and served a good fish and chips meal with salad to a group who had taken a ferry trip.It is a pleasant setting; one can be inside or out. We arrived for lunch on Sunday having booked during the week for 6 people. On arrival at Brooklyn we phoned the restaurant to change the booking to 7 people, only to be told they would not be open for lunch due to a problem in the kitchen. We had given a mobile phone number when booking and they had made no attempt to contact us. Also no apology for the situation they left us in.

Went for a family breakfast. food was yummy and timing great. Waiter was very friendly and chatty, accommodating for the kids. Made sure the cover was over us on a hot day. We will be back for dinner or lunch soon and have recommended to others. Was also nice to see the mum and dad in the kitchen, felt nice to be in a family environment.

Came here with two friends on a lovely sunny Sydney afternoon. Service was fantastic and the seafood and pasta delicious. Highly recommend.
