Banh Mi Place - Brooklyn

I absolutely love the Pork sandwich and green tea at this restaurant! The service is fast and the quality is always reliable. It's perfect for takeout, although the seating area is quite small with only a few seats available.

The banh mi at this restaurant is fantastic, with vegan options available. The service is incredibly fast, and I always enjoy ordering their vegetarian chicken option and vermicelli noodle salad. They are also very attentive to my roommate's sesame allergy.

The food at this restaurant is average, not terrible but the shredded chicken is lacking in flavor. It seems like it wasn't marinated and there is too much mayo. I would give the food 3.5 stars, but I deducted half a star due to the high prices. A banh mi sandwich costs $10.50 after tax and before tip, even though the menu used to list it at $7.50 and now lists it at $8.50. There seems to be a hidden surcharge added on, and credit card processing shouldn't be that costly.

There is no better weekend activity than getting a banh mi and eating it on the steps of the Brooklyn Museum. Great service doesn’t hurt either. This place has it all!

Banh Mi Place is fast, affordable, and (most importantly) ridiculously delicious. The sandwiches are my go-to for a quick lunch, the summer rolls and a bubble tea for an easy afternoon snack, and the pho is an absolute must for whenever I have a cold.
