I've been treating the best ice for years? in the world I eat no other ice cream there is no other

Last weekend I stopped here with a friend to grab a cone while on a walk. We were helped by a young woman who was funny, nice, very sweet so good at her job. She made our day. Seriously.

The staff was unbelievably kind, friendly, and they even gave me a generous scoop, so it pains me to give this place a 2 star review. At the same time, the ice cream is just not good it's like the lowest tier of grocery tier ice cream) and the prices aren't great either $5 for two admittedly extremely geneous scoops). I threw this item out after eating about a third of it simply because I didn't think it was worth the calories. Again, staff is not the problem, but you can do better by buying store brand ice cream.

20 minutes to get an iced tea with 2 people in front of me. Guy was working by himself behind the counter. Can't blame him, probably greedy management. Won't be coming back.

Worst customer service on the planet... Came multiple times and each time was greeted w insanely rude attitudes because solo staff was busy (having to work)... Please hire competent people and staff more of them Dunkin.. there 's no way the world (could) run(s) on Dunkin w this level of ignorance at the helm. PS: FINALLY got my shake just now and it was just a cup of milk w maybe a couple scoops of Mint Choco Chip mixed in.. rip off/super annoying. Guess I 'm gonna be making my own from now on.. well done DD/Baskin Robbins!
